Minimal Skill Set

  • 10 years of experience required in operation Management position.
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, B.TECH, B.E, MBA or related field.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Strong IT skills, including database development.
  • Project Management certification would be preferred.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
  • Work closely with Developer to ensure proper operation.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution.
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
  • Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  • Plan work rotation, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
  • To set-up, develop and coordinate the new unit and manage all its operational aspects (investment, recruitments) and ramping up operations.
  • Relationship & Coordination with the clients.
  • Should be open to travel whenever is required.
